If you've purchased a course, you have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund. A full refund can be provided if you haven't accessed any part of the course within this period. However, if the 14 days have elapsed or if any part of the course has been accessed, we reserve the right to deny any refund, either in part or in full.
